Stroke victims, post-operative patients and fracture cases can benefit from our highly skilled team of rehabilitation therapists. We are restorative in nature and encourage programs to maintain abilities and independence for as long as possible. Our Hitz multidisciplinary team consisting of the resident, therapy team, staff, caregiver and family work together to develop a care plan with the goal of maximizing the resident's potential to speed recovery and return them home as soon as possible.

Hitz Home offers physical, speech and occupational rehabilitation services through Rehab Care, a division of Kindred, 7 days a week.  Our therapy services are offered to our residents by a team of licensed, caring professionals who are skilled in adapting treatments to fit the resident's needs.  Rehab Care offers Vital Stim, E-stim and ultrasound as part of their therapy regimen. Restoring our residents' bodies and minds is the ultimate goal of our rehabilitation team.
